Will my EasyFold electric wheelchair/scooter fit in my vehicle?
Yes, all Easyfold models can comfortably fit into most vehicle trunks when folded into their compact form.

Is the EasyFold website secure?

Yes!  Ordering on our website is safe and that is 100% guaranteed.  We utilize the same industry standard, state-of-the-art 256 Bit Secure Socket Layer checkout system used by the leading Internet websites.

When you go to the “Checkout” and other pages, you will notice a LOCK icon next to your browser location bar, which indicates that all information transmitted will be encrypted with this 256 Bit Secure Socket Layer technology, making it impossible for unauthorized individuals to access it.

Can I Disconnect the Joystick Easily?

Yes! Every model comes with a Joystick that is easy to disconnect. We created a video demonstrating this on our how-to page:

Can I recline or adjust the backrest of the EasyFold PRO 2.0 model?

Yes! The back rest’s angle on the EasyFold PRO is able to be adjusted. To adjust, please follow these procedures:

  • STEP 1 – To recline the chair, push the two red clamps together.
  • STEP 2 – Push down on the back support to set the position.
  • STEP 3 – Release the clamps once the position is set.

NOTE: When adjusting the backrest, it is advised to do so while the EasyFold is unoccupied. This ensures there is no pressure on the backrest while adjusting. Adjusting the backrest with an occupant could result in the rider falling or tipping the EasyFold.

Can I recline or adjust the backrest of the EasyFold Standard model?

No, it does not. There is a slight angle to it, as shown in the photos on the product detail page, but the back is not adjustable and it does not recline.

Can the EasyFold be rolled when folded?

Yes! You can roll any EasyFold model when it is folded.

Can the EasyFold powerchair be used in manual (push) mode?

Yes! When the electromagnetic locks (the two red levers) on the motors in the rear of the chair are disengaged (pushed down), and the powerchair is turned off, you can push the chair around in a manual mode.
