Very, very nice ladies here I dealt with. Hailey was very patient and helpful, and the first girl I spoke with (sorry I didn't get her name) also so helpful and very thorough about explaining and suggesting ideas. It was a very pleasant experience today with this company!!!
We had two stair lift systems installed in our home. The entire experience with 1st Mobility was top notch. They took the time to come out to our home, review the options available and explained the entire process. When it came time for the installation, the service technician (James) was fantastic. James explained what he needed to to do, and communicated with us throughout the process. The install was professional and clean. Highly recommended business.
These people are wonderful! My soft-tub hydro-mate was acting up and I was given advice over the phone and eventually dropped it off for maintenance. They called me a few times to keep me updated about availability of parts (Covid and chip shortages kept me out of my hot tub for way too long!) which was awesome of them. Once they received the necessary part they fixed my hydro-mate very quickly. They are friendly and answer all questions knowledgeably. Thank you Mobility 1st Ltd!
