Paul’s story started with an unfortunate situation: his sister-in-law, who had used a Rascal 600T mobility scooter, recently passed away. The scooter came back to Paul’s family, but it was in need of some care, particularly with its tires and inner tubes.
After installing new batteries himself, Paul gave our team a call. We told him to “bring it on up,” and we would take care of replacing the tires and tubes for him.
Paul shared that he has been “more than satisfied” with his experience. In his own words, our team was “absolutely efficient”. We were also happy to lend a hand getting the scooter off his truck when he arrived and promised to help him get it safely back on once the service was complete.
