The Permobil Neptune is a therapeutic air mattress system designed for people at medium to high risk of pressure injuries. It combines alternating pressure with low air loss technology to redistribute pressure and help manage heat and moisture at the sleeping surface.

Alternating pressure changes the support provided by the air cells over time, helping reduce prolonged pressure on the same areas of the body. The system also offers a CLP static mode for support without alternating cycles. Low air loss airflow helps with cooling and moisture management, while a quiet compressor supports a more restful environment.

The Neptune incorporates twenty 8-inch air bladders with a cell-on-cell design that provides continued support during a power interruption. Its quilted, removable cover adds comfort and helps facilitate patient movement.

Available in three widths, the Neptune accommodates different support needs: the 36-inch model supports up to 450 lbs., the 42-inch model supports up to 550 lbs., and the 48-inch model supports up to 660 lbs. These options allow the mattress width and weight capacity to be matched to the individual’s needs and care setting.

We found ourselves needing to replace a damaged CPAP mask late on a Friday night. We were delighted to find that Mobility 1st actually has Saturday hours. We were over the moon to see that the unit we have been waiting for locally to arrive on back order was sitting on the shelf. Marion has been more than gracious and patient with my 89 year old father as we teach him how to use his new mask(s) and machine. We have been so impressed that when it came time for his walker upgrade we knew exactly where we would return. Lashimi (I apologize if I have spelled your name incorrectly) did not disappoint. I purchased  an Eclipse  Medical Pioneer Trailmaster  scooter through Robert McKinlay at Mobility  First here in London  Ontario. I really  appreciate  Robs assistance.  Rob had to  special order the colour's that I wanted, along with the accessories that I  selected.  On top of that,  on the day that I  picked it up, I  added another  accessory. Rob got it done for  me!

Of course, the  first thing that I wanted to  do,  was to go for a cruise and go shopping at my favorite  store. This beaty of a scooter  performs exactly as specified. Lots of power and a long range.  I'm 100 percent  satisfied.

Because I physically could not go to the showroom, she came to my apartment to do an in-home assessment and also brought a trial wheelchair with her so that I could experience how one handled. She said that the power wheelchair that I chose would come in two weeks- I had it in my apartment in less than 2 weeks. She also arranged for a technician to come the day after delivery to make some adjustments to the seat and footrest to add to my comfort. The power wheelchair had a price which was discounted $1804 off the MSRP making it very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with  the whole experience.
