Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kelly was extremely helpful and walked me through my purchase for a travel wheelchair that is actually better than my ADP wheelchair. I am so incredibly impressed by the C lite and the speed in which Mobility 1st was able to get it to me. Thank you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found customer service at Mobility 1st exceptional. We found ourselves needing to replace a damaged CPAP mask late on a Friday night. We were delighted to find that Mobility 1st actually has Saturday hours. We were over the moon to see that the unit we have been waiting for locally to arrive on back order was sitting on the shelf. Marion has been more than gracious and patient with my 89 year old father as we teach him how to use his new mask(s) and machine. We have been so impressed that when it came time for his walker upgrade we knew exactly where we would return. Lashimi (I apologize if I have spelled your name incorrectly) did not disappoint. Kind and patient, knowledgeable, no appointment necessary. Thank you very much. Definitely willing to recommend Mobility 1st to others, it is worth the drive!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased an Eclipse Medical Pioneer Trailmaster scooter through Robert McKinlay at Mobility First here in London Ontario. I really appreciate Robs assistance. Rob had to special order the colour's that I wanted, along with the accessories that I selected. On top of that, on the day that I picked it up, I added another accessory. Rob got it done for me!

Of course, the first thing that I wanted to do, was to go for a cruise and go shopping at my favorite store. This beaty of a scooter performs exactly as specified. Lots of power and a long range. I'm 100 percent satisfied.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a power wheelchair from Mobility 1st. Robin, president and co-owner , was a pleasure to work with. Because I physically could not go to the showroom, she came to my apartment to do an in-home assessment and also brought a trial wheelchair with her so that I could experience how one handled. She said that the power wheelchair that I chose would come in two weeks- I had it in my apartment in less than 2 weeks. She also arranged for a technician to come the day after delivery to make some adjustments to the seat and footrest to add to my comfort. The power wheelchair had a price which was discounted $1804 off the MSRP making it very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Need To Know Questions

How does free shipping work?

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping to most locations across Canada. However, some remote areas outside our shipper’s network may incur an additional shipping fee. If you're unsure about your location or need more details, feel free to call us at 1-844-335-8631, or contact us via email.

How is my order shipped, and will I need to assemble anything?

Before shipping from our London, Ontario location, we perform a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on your product. This includes (if applicable) assembling and testing the product to ensure it is in perfect condition.

Smaller units (under 110 lbs): These are shipped through parcel services like FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar. They are preassembled but collapsed to fit into a package.
Larger units (over 110 lbs): These are shipped via freight on pallets through shipping companies. They are secured to the pallet with nylon straps and covered in foam, boxing, and plastic wrap. Standard delivery includes curbside delivery, items will not be unboxed or assembled (if applicable). You can free them with a pair of kitchen scissors and often drive them off the pallet. Delivery drivers typically do not take back the pallets, although some may do so at their discretion.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our powered mobility aids come with a manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring you get the same protection as you would in-store. The warranty covers parts but does not always include labor unless otherwise specified by the service center you choose. You can have your equipment serviced at any authorized dealer. If you need help locating a service center near you, our team is happy to assist.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order in three ways: online, by phone, or in person at our London, Ontario showroom.
To order online, simply select your preferred unit, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process to enter your shipping and payment details. For assistance, you can always call us at 1-844-335-8631, or contact us via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and the size of the item. Typically, in-stock items ship within 1 business day. For a more precise estimate, feel free to contact us via phone or email and we’ll provide you with an accurate shipping ETA.

Are financing options available?

Yes, we offer flexible financing through Affirm, which allows you to break up your purchase into smaller monthly payments. At checkout you can select the Pay Now, Pay Later option, and you can instantly apply for financing approval. Please note your order will only be processed if you get approval for financing (typically showing right after applying).
