Getting a CPAP machine can be awkward and embarrassing, but Hailey at Mobility 1st made it a very easy experience. Cannot recommend Mobility 1st enough.

I needed a chair that could deal with the dirt roads of my village just outside Oaxaca, Mexico; the cobblestones of the village when we are at the beach; as well as help me around Stoney Creek and Hamilton. Sand and soggy grass are difficult, but I have learned to watch and navigate around it. I can “door check” my chair when I fly so that I am not dependent on having someone to push me through airports. Before I enter the aircraft, I fold it, put its cover on and walk to my seat. When we land, it is waiting at the jetway for me. Much of my life is spent in small Mexican towns – it makes it possible for me to be as independent as I want to be and allows me to do what I want to do. It is comparatively light, easily fits the trunk of my car in Ontario and in the “collectivo” cabs of Mexico. Losing the strength in my legs made it very difficult to do the things I wanted; this chair allows me to do them again.

Superb service. Vickey was very helpful and knowledgeable. Last year she made sure that the new Nexus rollator was the right fit and the claw attachment for the cane was secure. In January 2023 she helped us select the right lift chair. She was very friendly and offered sound advice. James delivered and set up our new lift chair. He was very friendly, professional and guided us through the various settings on the remote to ensure we understood all the options available. Highly recommended.
