These crutches aim to reduce common discomforts of standard underarm crutches: sore armpits, hand pain, and slipping tips.
Features
- Underarm air cushions: The top part that goes under your arm has “air bladders,” like small air pillows, to spread out pressure so it hurts less in the armpit area during use.
- Ergonomic hand grips: The handles are angled and padded with soft gel to reduce strain on your hands and wrists; the manufacturer claims about 27.6% less strain compared with standard grips.
- Special rubber tips (FlexGrip Air Tips): The tips at the bottom are designed to flex and compress slightly, which improves grip on the floor and softens impact when you take a step, increasing stability and comfort.
- Adjustable height: They can be adjusted for people from about 4’7″ to 6’7″ (underarm height roughly 39.7″ to 62.8″), so one size fits most adults and taller children.

How is my order shipped, and will I need to assemble anything?
Before shipping from our London, Ontario location, we perform a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on your product. This includes (if applicable) assembling and testing the product to ensure it is in perfect condition.
- Smaller units (under 110 lbs): These are shipped through parcel services like FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar. They are preassembled but collapsed to fit into a package.
- Larger units (over 110 lbs): These are shipped via freight on pallets through shipping companies. They are secured to the pallet with nylon straps and covered in foam, boxing, and plastic wrap. Standard delivery includes curbside delivery, items will not be unboxed or assembled (if applicable). You can free them with a pair of kitchen scissors and often drive them off the pallet. Delivery drivers typically do not take back the pallets, although some may do so at their discretion.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our powered mobility aids come with a manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring you get the same protection as you would in-store. The warranty covers parts but does not always include labor unless otherwise specified by the service center you choose. You can have your equipment serviced at any authorized dealer. If you need help locating a service center near you, our team is happy to assist.
How do I place an order?
