The EasyGo Ultra is a folding electric wheelchair designed to support everyday mobility while making transportation and storage more manageable. Its suspension and 12″ rear wheels help ease the ride on sidewalks and park paths, while solid, flat-free, non-marking tires reduce maintenance and help protect indoor flooring. Adjustable armrests, backrest and footplate let users personalize their seating position for comfort. Contoured foam cushioning provides support, and the removable, washable nylon seat cover makes routine cleaning easier. An under-seat basket and rear pocket keep everyday essentials within reach.

For outings and travel, the Ultra folds in under 20 seconds and locks in its folded position. Trolley mode allows the folded chair to be pulled like luggage, while built-in EasyLoad vehicle wheels assist with loading it into a vehicle. The chair weighs approximately 60.6 lbs. without the battery or 66 lbs. with it. Adjustable speed settings allow users to choose their pace, up to 6 km/h and up to 24 kilometers, with optional room for a second battery for you to swap, thanks to the 280W Brushless Dual-drive Rocker Controller. A 38.6″ turning radius helps with maneuvering through indoor spaces, and the chair supports users weighing up to 330 lbs. It also features a removable lithium-ion battery and electromagnetic braking system.

We found ourselves needing to replace a damaged CPAP mask late on a Friday night. We were delighted to find that Mobility 1st actually has Saturday hours. We were over the moon to see that the unit we have been waiting for locally to arrive on back order was sitting on the shelf. Marion has been more than gracious and patient with my 89 year old father as we teach him how to use his new mask(s) and machine. We have been so impressed that when it came time for his walker upgrade we knew exactly where we would return. Lashimi (I apologize if I have spelled your name incorrectly) did not disappoint. I purchased  an Eclipse  Medical Pioneer Trailmaster  scooter through Robert McKinlay at Mobility  First here in London  Ontario. I really  appreciate  Robs assistance.  Rob had to  special order the colour's that I wanted, along with the accessories that I  selected.  On top of that,  on the day that I  picked it up, I  added another  accessory. Rob got it done for  me!

Of course, the  first thing that I wanted to  do,  was to go for a cruise and go shopping at my favorite  store. This beaty of a scooter  performs exactly as specified. Lots of power and a long range.  I'm 100 percent  satisfied.

Because I physically could not go to the showroom, she came to my apartment to do an in-home assessment and also brought a trial wheelchair with her so that I could experience how one handled. She said that the power wheelchair that I chose would come in two weeks- I had it in my apartment in less than 2 weeks. She also arranged for a technician to come the day after delivery to make some adjustments to the seat and footrest to add to my comfort. How does free shipping work?

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping to most locations across Canada. However, some remote areas outside our shipper’s network may incur an additional shipping fee. If you're unsure about your location or need more details, feel free to call us at 1-844-335-8631, or contact us via email.

How is my order shipped, and will I need to assemble anything?

Before shipping from our London, Ontario location, we perform a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on your product. This includes (if applicable) assembling and testing the product to ensure it is in perfect condition.

Smaller units (under 110 lbs): These are shipped through parcel services like FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar. They are preassembled but collapsed to fit into a package.
Larger units (over 110 lbs): These are shipped via freight on pallets through shipping companies. They are secured to the pallet with nylon straps and covered in foam, boxing, and plastic wrap. Standard delivery includes curbside delivery, items will not be unboxed or assembled (if applicable). You can free them with a pair of kitchen scissors and often drive them off the pallet. Delivery drivers typically do not take back the pallets, although some may do so at their discretion.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our powered mobility aids come with a manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring you get the same protection as you would in-store. The warranty covers parts but does not always include labor unless otherwise specified by the service center you choose. You can have your equipment serviced at any authorized dealer. If you need help locating a service center near you, our team is happy to assist.

How do I place an order?
