The Stander Security Pole is a tension-mounted pole designed to enhance mobility in various areas of the home, excluding bathtubs or showers. It fits flat ceilings between 7 and 10 feet tall and can be installed in bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens. It offers leverage and support for sitting, standing, or balancing without caregiver assistance. While the pole uses tension between the floor and ceiling for installation (no drilling required), hardware is included for those who want to hard-mount it for additional security. It is not recommended for use on loose rugs, paneled ceilings, or vaulted ceilings.

To install the Wonder Pole Slim, you primarily need the wrench provided with the product. This wrench is used to tighten the pole, creating tension between the floor and ceiling. If you choose to hard-mount the pole for additional security, you will need a drill and the hardware included with the product to attach it to the floor and ceiling. No other tools are typically required for assembly or installation.

Features

The Security Pole offers steady support and improved balance when sitting, standing, or transferring.
The closed-cell foam grip sits 30″-54″ off the ground and helps to provide a firm and comfortable grip when using the pole.
The Security Pole is height adjustable to fit most flat ceilings from 7 to 10 feet tall and supports up to 300 pounds.
Easily install the transfer pole anywhere in the house by tightening the pole to create tension between the floor or ceiling.
The top I-beam distributes tension evenly throughout the ceiling; a padded base piece and top beam protect floors and ceilings from markings.

We found ourselves needing to replace a damaged CPAP mask late on a Friday night. We were delighted to find that Mobility 1st actually has Saturday hours. We were over the moon to see that the unit we have been waiting for locally to arrive on back order was sitting on the shelf. Marion has been more than gracious and patient with my 89 year old father as we teach him how to use his new mask(s) and machine. We have been so impressed that when it came time for his walker upgrade we knew exactly where we would return. Lashimi (I apologize if I have spelled your name incorrectly) did not disappoint. I purchased  an Eclipse  Medical Pioneer Trailmaster  scooter through Robert McKinlay at Mobility  First here in London  Ontario. I really  appreciate  Robs assistance.  Rob had to  special order the colour's that I wanted, along with the accessories that I  selected.  On top of that,  on the day that I  picked it up, I  added another  accessory. Rob got it done for  me!

Of course, the  first thing that I wanted to  do,  was to go for a cruise and go shopping at my favorite  store. This beaty of a scooter  performs exactly as specified. Lots of power and a long range.  I'm 100 percent  satisfied.

Because I physically could not go to the showroom, she came to my apartment to do an in-home assessment and also brought a trial wheelchair with her so that I could experience how one handled. She said that the power wheelchair that I chose would come in two weeks- I had it in my apartment in less than 2 weeks. She also arranged for a technician to come the day after delivery to make some adjustments to the seat and footrest to add to my comfort.
