Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found customer service at Mobility 1st exceptional. We found ourselves needing to replace a damaged CPAP mask late on a Friday night. We were delighted to find that Mobility 1st actually has Saturday hours. We were over the moon to see that the unit we have been waiting for locally to arrive on back order was sitting on the shelf. Marion has been more than gracious and patient with my 89 year old father as we teach him how to use his new mask(s) and machine. We have been so impressed that when it came time for his walker upgrade we knew exactly where we would return. Lashimi (I apologize if I have spelled your name incorrectly) did not disappoint. Kind and patient, knowledgeable, no appointment necessary. Thank you very much. Definitely willing to recommend Mobility 1st to others, it is worth the drive!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased an Eclipse Medical Pioneer Trailmaster scooter through Robert McKinlay at Mobility First here in London Ontario. I really appreciate Robs assistance. Rob had to special order the colour's that I wanted, along with the accessories that I selected. On top of that, on the day that I picked it up, I added another accessory. Rob got it done for me!

Of course, the first thing that I wanted to do, was to go for a cruise and go shopping at my favorite store. This beaty of a scooter performs exactly as specified. Lots of power and a long range. I'm 100 percent satisfied.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently purchased a power wheelchair from Mobility 1st. Robin, president and co-owner , was a pleasure to work with. Because I physically could not go to the showroom, she came to my apartment to do an in-home assessment and also brought a trial wheelchair with her so that I could experience how one handled. She said that the power wheelchair that I chose would come in two weeks- I had it in my apartment in less than 2 weeks. She also arranged for a technician to come the day after delivery to make some adjustments to the seat and footrest to add to my comfort. The power wheelchair had a price which was discounted $1804 off the MSRP making it very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

We are confident you will love your EasyFold PRO 2.0 Power Wheelchair. We offer this 30-day trial period to ensure it is the perfect fit for you and your lifestyle, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

How to Initiate a Return

Timeframe: You must contact Mobility 1st within 30 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a return.
Obtain an RMA: To start the process, please contact our customer service team https://mobility1st.ca/support-mobility-1st/return-policy/ to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Shipping: The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Any return sent to us without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Condition of Return

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our warehouse team upon receipt. For a full refund, the product must be returned in "like-new" condition. Please test indoors on clean flooring. Wheels/tires showing outdoor wear (pavement marks, dirt, moisture) indicate outdoor use and the unit will be treated as used and not returnable as new.

Like-New Condition (Full Refund):
- The product must be clean and free of any scratches, scuffs, dirt, stains, or any other signs of wear or damage.
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories, manuals, chargers, and parts.
Signs of Use (Restocking Fee):
- If the product is returned with any signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its complete and original packaging, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Mobility 1st reserves the right to refuse any return that is sent in a damaged, unsanitary, or non-resalable condition.

Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs and arrangements for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Mobility 1st is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original Shipping: Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email from cs@mobility1st to notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved and determined to be in "like-new" condition, a full refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs) will be processed.

If your return is found to have signs of use or missing components, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed.

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days after the inspection is complete.

Need To Know Questions

How does free shipping work?

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping to most locations across Canada. However, some remote areas outside our shipper’s network may incur an additional shipping fee. If you're unsure about your location or need more details, feel free to call us at 1-844-335-8631, or contact us via email.

How is my order shipped, and will I need to assemble anything?

Before shipping from our London, Ontario location, we perform a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on your product. This includes (if applicable) assembling and testing the product to ensure it is in perfect condition.

Smaller units (under 110 lbs): These are shipped through parcel services like FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar. They are preassembled but collapsed to fit into a package.
Larger units (over 110 lbs): These are shipped via freight on pallets through shipping companies. They are secured to the pallet with nylon straps and covered in foam, boxing, and plastic wrap. Standard delivery includes curbside delivery, items will not be unboxed or assembled (if applicable). You can free them with a pair of kitchen scissors and often drive them off the pallet. Delivery drivers typically do not take back the pallets, although some may do so at their discretion.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our powered mobility aids come with a manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring you get the same protection as you would in-store. The warranty covers parts but does not always include labor unless otherwise specified by the service center you choose. You can have your equipment serviced at any authorized dealer. If you need help locating a service center near you, our team is happy to assist.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order in three ways: online, by phone, or in person at our London, Ontario showroom.
To order online, simply select your preferred unit, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process to enter your shipping and payment details. For assistance, you can always call us at 1-844-335-8631, or contact us via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and the size of the item. Typically, in-stock items ship within 1 business day. For a more precise estimate, feel free to contact us via phone or email and we’ll provide you with an accurate shipping ETA.

Are financing options available?

Yes, we offer flexible financing through Affirm, which allows you to break up your purchase into smaller monthly payments. At checkout you can select the Pay Now, Pay Later option, and you can instantly apply for financing approval. Please note your order will only be processed if you get approval for financing (typically showing right after applying).
