- Made for patients recovering from lower-leg injury, it is height-adjustable and has comfortable knee rest with foam padding
- Stable turn radius for smooth locomotion
- Sleek frame with dual handbrakes for superb control when stopping
- Convenient basket for personal belongings
- Handlebar folds for easy transport and storage

Daily use guidelines
Wear non-slip, supportive shoes on your good foot (never bare feet or flip-flops). Propel slowly with small steps from the good leg, keeping hands on handlebars and body centered over the device. Use hand brakes to slow/stop before turns, inclines, or obstacles; avoid high speeds or sudden maneuvers.
Indoor safety
Clear paths of rugs, cords, or clutter; practice turns in open areas first. Not recommended to use near stairs, elevators, or to pull up from sitting.
Outdoor precautions
Stick to smooth, level surfaces like sidewalks. Avoid gravel, wet areas, steep slopes, or curbs. Go extra slow on transitions like thresholds.

How is my order shipped, and will I need to assemble anything?
Before shipping from our London, Ontario location, we perform a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on your product. This includes (if applicable) assembling and testing the product to ensure it is in perfect condition.
- Smaller units (under 110 lbs): These are shipped through parcel services like FedEx, Purolator, or Canpar. They are preassembled but collapsed to fit into a package.
- Larger units (over 110 lbs): These are shipped via freight on pallets through shipping companies. They are secured to the pallet with nylon straps and covered in foam, boxing, and plastic wrap. Standard delivery includes curbside delivery, items will not be unboxed or assembled (if applicable). You can free them with a pair of kitchen scissors and often drive them off the pallet. Delivery drivers typically do not take back the pallets, although some may do so at their discretion.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our powered mobility aids come with a manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring you get the same protection as you would in-store. The warranty covers parts but does not always include labor unless otherwise specified by the service center you choose. You can have your equipment serviced at any authorized dealer. If you need help locating a service center near you, our team is happy to assist.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order in three ways: online, by phone, or in person at our London, Ontario showroom.
